| Abstract: | The project cost control and management is the most direct manifestation and important means for investors to obtain economic benefits.By using the value engineering and other management techniques and methods,taking a clear focus on the cost control period and content,carrying out an effective and comprehensive control and management of various stages after the analysis of the project and its valuation characteristics,the largest economic and social benefit is realized. |
