干压成型对坭兴陶烧制过程的影响研究

摘    要:采用干压成型的方法制备坭兴陶制品,对其烧制过程作了系统的试验研究。结果表明,在相同的成型与烧成条件下,紫红泥比例为60%的制品的吸水率比40%的制品相对增大1.0%,体积密度相对减小0.2g/cm3,且抗折强度相对较低。在坭兴陶的烧制过程中,成型压力靠近临界压力点40Mpa、升温速率小于临界速率点12℃/min、保温时间接近临界时间点4h,可以得到抗折强度较高的制品。

Abstract:The experimental research of firing process of Nixing pottery products which using dry pressing method of preparation,was studied in system.The results showed that,In the same forming and firing condition,the water absorption of the products which with 60% red mud,comparing with that with 40%,increased 1.0% relatively,the volume density decreased 0.2g/cm3 relatively,and the flexural strength low relatively.In the firing process of Nixing pottery,the products with higher flexural strength can be obtained when the forming pressure close to critical pressures 40Mpa,the temperature rate less than critical rate 12℃/min,and the holding time close to the critical points 4h.
