湖南新田岭钨原矿伴生铜锌硫综合回收试验研究

摘    要:新田岭钨矿中有部分原矿石伴生铜锌硫等有价元素,选钨之前,选厂采用浮选混选脱去硫化矿,没有进行硫化矿的分离。为了提高资源综合利用率,针对伴生的铜锌硫进行了硫化矿浮选和分离试验研究。试验证明,伴生的硫化矿可以分离出铜精矿、锌精矿和硫精矿,能给企业带来新的经济增长点。

Abstract:Associated copper zinc and sulfur and other valuable elements were found in part of Xintianling tungsten ore,while the ore dressing plant had employed mixed flotation process to remove sulfide ore before tungsten dressing,but separation process for sulfide ore was not employed.To improve the comprehensive utilization of resources,flotation and separation tests of associated copper zinc and sulphur were researched.The study shows that the associated sulfide ore can be separated into copper concentrate,zinc concentrate and pyrite concentrate,which would bring profit to the enterprise.
