GWC100-3型光栅位移传感器的设计与应用

摘    要:针对传统技术光栅位移传感器的光栅副层迭间隙小带来的调整困难、受光栅尺变形影响大、讯号质量差及做位移测量时量程比较小等缺陷,设计了一种结构新颖、调整方便和接收讯号强的新型光栅位移传感器,并成功应用于高精度数显专用测量仪.

Abstract:Previous grating displacement sensors have a lot of disadvantages such as difficult adjusting for small clearance of grating pair’s cascade,big influence for distortion of grating ruler,inferior quality of signal and smaller range for measuring.In order to overcome above-mentioned disadvantages,we design a kind of new type grating displacement sensor which has novelty configuration,convenient adjusting,good capability of signal reception and has been successfully applied to high-precision digital survey meter for special purposes.
