| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the failure cause of the rupture occurred in the flange of the medium pressure steam tank, it was indicated in this article that the failure cause of two flanges was the mistake made in designing the discharge pipeline of the safety valve. Thus, the improvement in the discharge system of the safety valve was proposed. |
