双电机驱动精密二维测试转台伺服系统设计与实现

摘    要:论述了用于雷达天线测试的某精密二维转台的伺服系统设计原理及关键技术。在设计中实现了基于80C196和EPLD的双电机驱动控制系统,以提高转台方位定位精度,同时数字化的设计方法也大大提高了系统的抗干扰能力,增强了系统的人机界面优势和可扩展性。该转台已应用于微波暗室雷达天线测量,长时间使用证明系统实用、可靠。

Abstract:This paper describes the design principle and key technology of a 2D precise turntable for radar antenna testing.In the design,two motors are used to drive the turntable basing on 80C196 and EPLD to improve the accuracy of the azimuth determination.Besides,the digital design method improves the cap ability of anti-jamming,enhances the advantage of system HMI and extendability.The long time period of being used for antenna testing in microwave anechoic chamber has proved the excellent practicability and reli...
