Investigation of Data-Services User Model of EGPRS System

This article describes the research, which state the current situation of data-services network in the urban area of Nanning, analyzes the typical data-services’ flow and quality. It also analyzes the user’s services and usage where people use the data-service frequently. From the above-mentioned state, we can draw a conclusion about the user-oriented data-services model. This conclusion make the operators know the user’activitis and usages better, in order to adjust the targeted marketing strategy and optimize network, improve customer satisfaction.
