催化裂化高效汽提技术研究进展

摘    要:催化裂化装置高效汽提技术可有效降低焦炭产率,减轻再生器负荷.论述了国内外汽提设备技术方面专利中对传统环形挡板进行了改造的方法与效果,提出了一些新型汽提设备的设计.认为汽提工艺参数的优化是提高汽提效率的重要因素.预汽提和多段汽提技术强化了催化剂和水蒸气之间的接触,提高了汽提效率.

Abstract:The high efficiency steam stripping technology of catalytic cracking unit can efficiently decrease the coke yield, and mitigate the regenerator's load. The method and result of modification made to the traditional annular baffles mentioned in the patents on steam stripping equipment technology at home and abroad is discussed, the designs of some new-model stripping equipment is proposed. It is believed that optimization of the stripping process data is a key factor for improving the stripping efficiency. The prestripping and multi-stage stripping technologies have strengthened the contact of catalyst and water vapor, and improved the stripping efficiency.
