| 摘 要： | 目的:目探讨在鼻内镜下YAC激光治疗咽囊囊肿的方法及疗效。方法:在鼻内镜下利用YAG激光治疗咽囊囊肿13例,1例伴有鼻息肉,鼻内镜下利用电动切削器切除,余12例在鼻内镜下利用YAG激光治疗,其中咽囊脓肿3例。结果:经1至2年随访,总有效率达100%,无并发症。结论:在鼻内镜下利用YAG激光治疗咽囊囊肿,该方法视野清晰,操作简单,出血少,病人痛苦小,门诊即可完成,疗效可靠,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objectives:To evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of abscess of pharyngeal were treated with Nd:YAG laser operation under nasal endoscope.Method:13 cases of abscess of pharyngeal were treated with Nd:YAG laser operation under nasal endoscope.1 case to accompany nasal polyp.11 cases were treated by powered tissue-removal system under nasal endoscope,surplus 12 cases were treated with Nd:YAG laser operation under nasal endoscope.Among them,3 cases were abscess of pharyngeal.Result :The effective rate was 100 percent at lto 2-year follow.No complication was observed.Conclusion:This technique was proved to be effective,have clear operative field,easy to conduct,with mild adverse reactions.And the technique can be finished in the outpatient department. |
