油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂合成条件的优选设计

摘    要:以油酸和二乙烯三胺为原料合成了油酸咪唑啉,考察了原料配比、反应温度、反应时间以及催化剂对油酸咪唑啉缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的影响。确定最佳合成条件为:油酸和二乙烯三胺摩尔比为1:1.2,反应温度为180℃,反应时间为8h,催化剂为活性氧化铝,合成的油酸咪唑啉产品的缓蚀率达到89.3%。

Abstract:Oleic acid imidazoline was synthesized from oleic acid and diethylene triamine. The effects of reaction conditions such as ratio of raw materials, reaction temperature ,reaction time and catalyst on corrosion inhibition performance of oleic acid imidazoline were examined. The optimal conditions were as follows: n (oleic acid) : n(diethylenetriamine) 1: 1.2,reaction temperature 180℃ ,reaction time 8 hours and the activated alumina as catalyst. The inhibition efficiency of oleic acid imidazoline was up to 89.3%.
