摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法,重点研究板坯连铸二冷水的水流密度沿铸坯宽度方向上分布对铸坯在凝固过程中温度场、应力场和液芯形状的影响规律,加深二次冷却工艺对铸坯质量影响的理论认识,进一步探讨减少板坯“三角区”裂纹的有效手段。

Abstract:With a mathematical model, the influence of the cooling water distribution along the slab width direction on the crater shape, the surface temperature and the growth of solidified shell is studied. Accordingly, the process factors related to slab quality are analyzed and discussed comprehensively based on new understanding of secondary cooling control.
