转炉炼钢用铁水的硅质量分数分析

摘    要:转炉炼钢用铁水硅质量分数过高会影响脱磷率,增加脱磷剂及造渣剂的用量,同时硅质量分数还起着调整炉渣碱度的作用,因此,铁水中的硅质量分数既不能过高也不能过低。通过计算脱磷量与渣量的关系,确定了人炉铁水硅质量分数的合理值,为铁水脱硅提供了理论依据,为转炉炼钢提供优质铁水。

Abstract:The higher Si content of molten iron in converter steel-making will influence the result of dephosphorization,and increase the quentity of slag former,but Si content also can accommodate the alkalinity of furnace slag,so Si content in molten iron are not too high nor too low,the Si content requred in the molten iron can be calculated according to the calculated volume of slag necessary for molten iron dephosphorization purpose,it gives more theory evidence,and increaces quality of molten iron.
