| 摘 要： | 建筑"短命化"现象是制约城市可持续发展的障碍,解决城市建筑"短命化"现象,就要科学制定城市建设总体规划,提高城市建筑的整体质量和设计质量,注重新技术、新材料的应用,使用先进的建筑方式,节能、环保的生活方式,同时加强对已建成建筑物的监督和管理。

| Abstract: | "Short-lived" construction is a major obstacle to restricting city's sustainable development.In order to solve urban construction "short-lived" phenomenon,it is necessary to scientifically establish the overall planning of urban construction and improve the overall quality of urban construction and design quality,and focus on the concentrated application of new technologies and new materials,use advanced construction methods,energy-saving,environmentally friendly residential development direction and way of life have been built.At the same time it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management of buildings. |
