高温再热器出口管道对空排气管座裂纹原因分析及解决措施

摘    要:对河北国华沧东发电有限责任公司高温再热器出口管道对空排气管裂纹原因进行分析,认为冷凝水倒流、管接头变径坡度过大及管系振动是形成该热疲劳裂纹的主要原因.并提出更换现有管座、减少异径管坡度、调整管道支吊架等解决措施。

Analysis and Disposal on Crack Causation of Exhaust Pipe to Steam of High Temperature Reheater Output Pipe
Abstract:After analysis on the crack causation of the exhaust pipe to steam of high temperature reheater export pipe in Hebei Guohua Cangdong Power Plant, this paper concludes the stress concentrate in the pipe reducer due to the larger the reducer ratio of slope, which leads to the back flowing of the cooling water, presents the settlements from the aspects of changing the existing pipe, reducing the grade of pipe diameter, and relugating pipe bracket.
