HOA-03增产丙烯助剂的工业应用

在中国石油抚顺石化分公司120万t/a催化裂化装置中,以直馏蜡油、常压渣油和焦化蜡油为原料,采用LBO-16降烯烃催化剂,在加入HOA-03增产丙烯助剂后,可以提高丙烯收率.工业试验表明,当HOA-03增产丙烯助剂加入量占系统藏量5%时,与未添加者相比,前者液态烃中丙烯平均质量分数由39.3%升至44.5%,丙烯平均收率由4.55%升至5.83%;HOA-03增产丙烯助剂对主催化剂及产物性质无不良影响.

Industrial application of HOA -03 type additive for producing more propylene

To increase propylene yield,HOA-03 propylene additive was applied in the 1200kt/a FCC unit of Funshun Petrochemical Company with straight run wax oil,long residue,coking wax oil as feed stocks,LBO-16 as reducing-olefins catalyst.The results showed that compared to without HOA-03,the average mass fraction of propylene in liquid hydrocarbon increased from 39.3% to 44.5%,the propylene yeild increased from 4.55% to 5.83% as adding 5% HOA-03 propylene additive of catalyst inventory.There was no effect on the production property.
