摘    要:以Addel-Alim的两相模型为基础,提出向量DAP存在下VC聚合速率模型。模型认为,DAP的“衰减”链转移导致VC聚合速率下降。实验表明;模型可很好地描述转化率随聚合唱地间的变化,DAP链转移常数比VC大2个数量级。

Abstract:Based on the two-phase suspension polymerization mechanism of vinyl chloride, a rate model of vinyl chloride polymerization in the presence of a small amount of diallyl phthalate was developed with the degradative chain transfer to diallyl phthalate taken into account. It was shown that the model could predict well the progresing of the polymerization. At the same time, it was suggested that the transfer constant of diallyl phthalate was about two orders bigger than that of vinyl chloride.
