| 摘 要： | 为提高鲍店选煤厂选矸车间斜轮重介系统的控制精度,采用模糊PID控制对斜轮重介悬浮液密度进行自动调节。对鲍店选煤厂模糊PID控制系统进行设计,并介绍了系统软硬件组成、工作原理、系统功能特点,分析了该系统在鲍店选煤厂的应用效果。实践表明,模糊PID控制系统在鲍店选煤厂选矸车间的应用,有效提高了精煤和矸石的分选精度,降低了介质消耗。

| Abstract: | To increase the control precision of system of inclined lifting wheel separator in Baodian coal preparation plant,utilizing the fuzzy PID control to automatically adjust the density of suspension.Introduced the design of the fuzzy PID control system,and described its composition of hardware and software,working principle,function and features,and analyzed the application effect of the system.The operation practice show that with application of the fuzzy PID control system in refuse discharge workshop in Baodian coal preparation plant,effectively increased the sharpness of separation of clean coal and refuse and lower the medium consumption. |
