| 摘 要： | 针对LWZ1400×2000A卧式沉降离心机控制系统在运行中存在启动电流过大、供电不稳定及接线复杂的问题,通过现场试验研究,将原继电器+接触器转换控制方式改造为触摸屏+PLC控制软启动器的联合控制方式。实践表明,触摸屏+PLC控制软启动器的联合控制系统的应用,有效保证了LWZ1400×2000A卧式沉降离心机的安全平稳运行。

| Abstract: | According to the problems of high starting current,instability of power supply and complex wiring in control system of LWZ1400×2000A horizontal solid bowl centrifuge,based on the experiment and research in working site,the controlling mode was transformed from relay+contactor into touch screen +PLC controlling the soft starter.The practice indicated that the second controlling mode has stability of starting current and stability of power supply,which ensured that horizontal solid bowl centrifuge stable operated. |
