再生聚四氟乙烯粉末填充聚甲醛复合材料的摩擦磨损特性研究

摘    要:采用直接回收利用法,将废弃聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)再生成PTFE粉末后填充到聚甲醛(POM)中,机械共混后采用模压法制备出不同配方的POM复合材料,分别进行摩擦磨损实验,并用SEM观察试样的磨损表面。结果表明:填充POM复合材料与未填充POM相比,摩擦因数降低,耐磨性提高。因此,PTFE进行二次资源化是可行的。

Abstract:The regenerated polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) powders were mixed into polyoxymethylene(POM),and the different contents of PTFE and POM composites were prepared by compression molding.The friction and wear experiments were carried out in a reciprocating tribometer.The worn surfaces were investigated using a SEM.Results show that the filled POM composites exhibit a low coefficient of friction and high wear resistance as compared to the unfilled POM.So it is possible to reuse the waste PTFE and PTFE composites by the method of recycling directly.
