摘    要:苯乙烯装置改造完成后,对蒸汽管网进行优化,改造工艺冷凝液回收系统,降低部分精馏塔的回流比,将P-303泵改为变频调速控制,使装置能耗(标油)降低了10.95 kg/t。并且根据国内外最新技术进展,提出了使用低水比脱氢催化剂及双塔变压精馏技术降低装置能耗的建议和设想。

Abstract:After the revamp of styrene plant,optimized steam network,revamped process condensate recovery system,decreased reflux ratio of partial rectification column,and changed the control style of P-303 into frequency governor,decreasing energy consumption(standard oil) by 10.95kg/t.Based on recent technical advances at home and abroad,puts forward proposals and idea of decreasing energy consumption by using low water ratio dehydrogenation catalyst and double column pressure swing rectification technology.
