摘    要:以齐鲁分公司第二化肥厂辛醇异丁醛装置为例,通过对全装置的热能核算,利用当前普遍采用的夹点技术,分析装置用能的潜力,提出了热能综合利用的措施。然后通过对装置实际运行中可利用热源的优化利用,完善实施方案,达到节约热能的目的。

Abstract:Taking octanol - isobutyraldehyde plant of Qilu Second Chemical Fertilizer Factory as an example, this paper calculated heat energy of the whole plant, analyzed the potentials of energy utilization of the plant with universal pinch technology, presented measures for comprehensive utilization of heat energy, and then perfected the schedules to achieve the goal of saving heat energy through optimization of available heat energy during practical operation.
