镍冶炼酸性废水的减排再利用

摘    要:镍冶炼酸性废水来自三硫酸和70万t硫酸的净化工段。通过对镍冶炼酸性废水中的SO2脱气、悬浮物、混配酸、净化强制循环试验,确定了该废水处理工艺流程。选用二段式脱气、固液分离、降温处理后用于净化和混配酸系统是可行的。将酸性废水从源头治理,很好解决了酸性废水处理成本高的难题。

Abstract:The acidic waste water in nickel refinery is from No. 3 sulfuric acid section and 700 000 t sulfuric acid section. The process flow for acidic waste water in nickel refinery is determined through forced circulation experiments on SO2 deaeration, suspended substance, mixed-dosed acid and purification for the above- mentioned waste water. Therefore, the acidic waste water is to be controlled and treated from its headstream so as to solve the problem of high cost to treat acidic waste water in nickel refinery.
