房地产广告投放策略分析

摘    要:近年来,房地产行业越炒越热,不仅房产开发商,炒房者也是一个劲往里扎。房地产广告便铺天盖地席卷而来,充斥着各大媒体和生活的各个角落。但是购房者还是在犹豫不知买哪个房产公司的房子,而很多开发商也无奈地面对广告费浪费的事实。多少广告费是花在了刀刃上?怎么有效地投放才能取得最佳的传播宣传效果呢?笔者将对房地产广告的投放策略作简要分析。

Abstract:The estate real industry has been hit in recent years, in which not only the estate business man engaged but also some estate consumers are busy with the frenzied and speculative trading in this industry. Various mass media and different corners of our life are fulfilled with overwhelming advertisement of estate. It is true that the estate buyers hesitate to make a definite decision to choose the right house. On the other hand, many housing developers have to confront the fact that what have done just advertisement expense-consuming. How much advertising cost is effectively used? How to get the best publicizing purpose by putting in the advertisement availably? The following essay will briefly analyze the strategy for the real estate advertising.
