| 摘 要： | XL5003是一种离线式高压高效可调光恒流LED驱动器单片IC,基于XL5003的85~265V通用AC线路输入的LED驱动电源,可以驱动3~7颗串联的1WLED,效率可达80%,并提供软启动、LED开路/短路保护及电流限制和热关闭等功能。
