CAE技术在薄壳注塑件翘曲变形分析中的应用

摘    要:用有限元方法研究了温度场、压力场对注塑件残余应力及翘曲变形的影响。以空调器风门叶片为例,给出翘曲变形的CAE分析步骤,提出收缩不均、冷却不均及分子取向不一致是翘曲变形产生的原因,并给出相应的改进措施,改进措施应用于工厂后取得较好的效果。

Abstract:The effects of temperature field and pressure field on residual stress and deformation of injection molded parts are studied by finite element method. The step to analyze warpage deformation by CAE is given with air condition damper vane as example. The reasons such as unbalanced shrinkage, unbalanced cooling and conflicting molecular orientation which cause warpage deformation are put forward and the improving measures are given. The practice proves that high quality of plastic parts can be obtained by using these measures.
