On Single Roll Cake Breakers

This paper elaborates the operation principle of cake breaking equipment including hummer breakers and single/twin roll breakers, analyses their advantages and disadvanges, and expounds the structure and parameter selection of single roll cake breakers. Production trials indicate that single roll cake breakers are featured in simple structure, smooth operation, excellent feeding property, lower noise, fewer dusts and higher production efficiency, etc.
