摘    要:介绍了H型钢梁与矩形钢管柱连接节点的节点类型和单向螺栓产品及其受力性能的研究现状。通过对3种不同形式的外伸式端板单向螺栓连接节点的单调静力加载试验,得到了各试件的破坏模式和弯矩 转角曲线,研究了螺栓承载力、端板厚度、柱壁厚度对节点破坏模式的影响。〖JP2〗基于试验现象提出了用于理论计算的螺栓力分布模式。运用EN 1993-1-8的等效T形连接件法计算了由端板材料强度控制的节点受弯承载力。利用屈服线理论,基于试验现象提出了钢管柱壁的屈服线模式,通过虚功原理求解出由柱壁材料强度控制的节点受弯承载力。研究表明,螺栓、端板、柱壁间的相对强弱关系直接影响节点的破坏模式,相对较弱的部件会先于节点中其余部件发生破坏。理论计算值与试验结果相比偏保守。最后提出了H型钢梁与矩形钢管柱连接节点的设计准则。

Abstract:The types of H-shaped beam to rectangular tubular column connections, single direction bolt products and the research status of mechanical performance are introduced in this paper. Failure modes and moment-rotation relationships of the specimens were investigated and the influence of the endplate thickness, the single direction bolt strength, the column wall thickness on the failure modes were studied through monotonous static tests on three different types of extended endplate connections with single direction bolts. The bolts force distribution pattern was proposed for theoretical calculation based on experimental phenomena. The bending bearing capacity controlled by endplate’s strength was calculated using the equivalent T-stubs method from EN 1993-1-8. A kind of reasonable yield line model was proposed using yield line theory based on test results and the bending bearing capacity controlled by column wall strength was calculated using the virtual work principle. Studies have shown that the relative strength among bolts, endplate and column wall affects the failure mode of the connection directly, and relatively weaker part trends to fail ahead of the other components. The predicted results on the load-bearing capacity were conservative compared to experimental results. Finally, the design principles of H-shaped beam to rectangular tubular column connections were proposed in this paper.
