Phase-shifted cascade high voltage inverter adopting HV-IGBJ parts, union cascade and module design is of brief structure and safty. It has characteristic of without contamination and hamonic wave. The character and structure of phase-shifted cascade high voltage inverter has been proposed in detail in this paper.The experience and application show that the inverter utilizes fewer power switches and has a balanced load, a good linearity between input and output and a perfect control feature.
