深沟球轴承噪声测试分析

摘    要:通过对深沟球轴承噪声声压级的测试,得出了振动值较大的轴承和有异常声轴承的声压级比精品轴承高,开式轴承的声压级比闭式轴承的声压级高等一些有益的结论,为低噪声深沟球轴承的设计、加工工艺方法的改进、轴承噪声仿真模型验证、噪声与谐波回归分析等研究提供有效依据。

Abstract:On the base of the noise sound pressure level measurement of the deep groove ball bearing, the profitable conclusions is that the noise sound pressure level of the bearings with big vibration value or abnormal sound are high than precision bearings, the open bearings are high than close bearings. These results have provided valuable reference to lower noise bearing design, improvement on the machining technology, validation of the bearing noise model simulation and regression analysis of noise with harmonic etc.
