摘    要:本文用有限元法对单边开有开口槽,定、转子两边加有恒定磁势时的气隙磁场进行了仔细的计算,得到了一组新的较精确的零阶至三阶气隙比磁导曲线,供设计和研究工作者使用.分析表明,开槽后的i阶气隙比磁导λ_i并非简单地为β和F_i这两个可分离函数的乘积,而是?和?的二元函数,因此从通常文献中查出的λ_i值是不够准确的.最后,本文对工程上常用的气隙系数简化公式进行了校核.

Abstract:This paper presents a precise FE calculation of air-gap field with single side slotted as a homopolar MMF is impressed across the gap. Using the descrete Fourior analysis, a series of new curves of air-gap harmonic permeance from zero to 3rd order is obtained. It is proved that the harmonic permeance can't be seperated as a product of two seperable functions, one is funcfion of ?, the other is function of ? as ordinary. Also, the conventional curves used more assumptions when they were derived, so the accuracy of old curves is not high. The new curves of air-gap permeance of this paper are more resonable and accurate and are recommended for engineering use.
