| 摘 要： | 总结了利用理化测试手段和综合统计分析技术,对在役煤气动力管网进行全面综合性的检测实验工作。通过对管网材质检验、壁厚普查,腐蚀状况分析,力学性能检测,电于显微分析等综合试验,最后对管网的腐蚀状态给予科举钓评价,为整个管网的剩余好命评估提供可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | The overall comprehensive testing of the town gas piping network in service using physical and chemical testing approaches and comprehensive statistic analysis technique was sumarized. The corrosion status of the piping network was finally scientifically assessed through testing of piping metallurgy,investigation of wall thickness,analysis of corrosion status, testing of mechanics performance and electronic microscopic study,etc. .which provided a reliable basis for the estimation of residue life of complete piping network. |
