| Abstract: | Six Sigma management is a statistical assessment method,which core value is to achieve zero defect production,prevent product liability risk,reduce costs,increase productivityand market share,increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.This paper introduces the loss points of ethylene and how to reduce the ethylene loss in the blanced oxychlorination plant by using six sigma methodology. |
