| 摘 要： | 基于吸附动力学模型,以丙烯酸类树脂为研究对象进行吸附动力学分析。吸附动力学数据的拟合结果显示:无论静态吸湿还是动态吸湿,丙烯酸类树脂的吸湿均遵循准二级吸附动力学模型,即影响吸湿率的主要因素为湿度和树脂自身的吸附性能。静态吸湿平衡实验表明:在封闭空间内丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺三元共聚物P(AA-MA-AM)的饱和吸湿率最高达0.049 g/g;其静态吸附速率按快慢顺序排列为:聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物P(AA-MA),丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物P(AA-AM),P(AA-MA-AM),聚丙烯酸钠(PAA)。动态吸湿平衡实验表明:开放空间中P(AA-AM)吸湿性能最佳,其饱和吸湿率达0.92 g/g;其动态吸附速率按快慢顺序排列为:PAM,P(AA-AM),P(AA-MA),P(AA-MA-AM),PAA。再生试验表明,经再生处理有机高分子吸湿材料的平衡吸湿率下降不超过2%,性能依旧稳定。 |
