摘    要:根据磁芯电气性能的要求,磁芯表面需进行涂装处理.现有普通油漆涂装工艺均为人工翻板、二次喷涂,存在劳动强度大、涂层厚度难以控制、原料浪费严重和环境污染等问题.本文基于粉末涂装的特点,研究开发了热塑性/热固性粉末均可以进行无触点表面涂装的新技术,具有产品绝缘强度高、涂层均匀美观、生产成本低等特点,并实现了全自动大批量涂装的生产线.测试表明,涂装后产品质量指标均满足有关磁芯的电气性能要求.

Abstract:The magnetic core needs to be coated for application requirements. For the common paint coating technologies,there are many problems existing in the second spraying:the high intensity of labor force,the difficulties of controlling the coating thickness,the waste of the raw and processed materials,and serious environmental pollution ,and so on.
