道岔区轮轨接触几何关系研究

摘    要:该文以12号可动心轨式单开高速道岔为例,在对道岔区相关走行轨线轨顶外形离散基础上,依据其空间布置关系,详细研究了道岔区轮轨接触特点,给出了轮/岔两点接触判定和计算方法,确定了道岔尖轨区和心轨区在现有空间结构下发生多点接触位置,给出了轮轨力在相关轨线上的转移与分配特性,分析了道岔区轮轨接触点在走行轨线上的不连续性和跳跃性,揭示了轮/岔间产生横向和垂向冲击振动机理,这为进一步优化高速道岔各股轨线空间结构奠定了基础。该文的研究结果是目前轮/岔接触几何关系研究方面的重要突破。

Abstract:Modeled the Chinese No.12 high-speed single way moved nose rail concrete sleeper turnout, the characteristics of the wheel/rail multi-points contact geometry relationship are studied by use of the spatial outline discretion of the rails of the turnout zone.
