摘    要:介绍了120×104t/a柴油加氢装置根据所选用催化剂的特性,通过调整操作工艺参数和原料组成,成功的实现了生产普通0#、国Ⅴ0#、低凝-10#和-35#柴油的生产方案灵活变换,对4种方案下原料和产品性质及操作参数进行对比,探索优化了各种方案下的运行参数,装置可以根据市场需求,及时调整生产方案,而且经济效益显著。

Abstract:This paper introduced that a 120x104t/a diesel hydrogenation unit made use of the property of catalyst selected,adjusted the operation parameters and feedstock composition,successfully implemented the flexible transformation of production decisions of ordinary 0#,China V 0#,low condensate-10#and-35#diesel,and then conducted a comparison on feedstock and products properties and operation parameters to explore and optimize the operation parameters under the various of decisions,that provided the unit to timely adjust the production decisions as per market demands and obtained the remarkable economic benefit.
