Abstract:A new method was established to determine fluorinion in tea drinks by ion chromatography with conducting detection.The samples were extracted by KOH solution and separated by filtration and centrifugation,then filtrated with 0.22μm membrane and C18 column.The samples solution were injected and analyzed.IonPac AS19 was selected as the separation column.The gradient KOH solution with a flow rate 1.0 mL/min was used as eluents.Auto-generated conducting detection ASRS-4 mm was used.The results showed that the linear relation of fluorinion was good in the range of 0.0 mg/L~10.0 mg/L(r=0.9999).The detection limit was 5.67μg/L.At the concentration addition levels of 0.1,0.2,1.0 mg/L,the average recovery rates were 96.45%~99.04%.The method had a wide linear range,good repeatability and accuracy,which was suitable for the quantitative detection of fluorinion in tea drinks.
