摘    要:为提高含硫污水汽提装置运行效率,兼顾汽提净化水质量与装置能耗。利用AspenPlus流程模拟软件对塔河炼化2#含硫污水汽提装置进行建模,并利用该模型在不同条件下模拟运行,根据运行结果来确定各种变量对净化水质量的影响,旨在优化生产装置工艺操作,在满足净化水质量指标的情况下,降低装置能耗。

Abstract:To improve the operation efficiency of sour water stripping unit and take into account of stripping water quality and unit energy consumption,the AspenPlus process simulation software was used to model the 2#sour water stripping unit in Tahe Refinery and Chemical Company,and using the model under the different simulation condition,to determine the influence of various variables on purifying water quality,to optimize process operation and reduce the energy consumption of unit in the case of satisfying the purified water quality index.
