摘    要:为了解决浆液循环泵能耗过高问题,在满足供浆指标约束条件的基础上,建立浆液循环泵的最小能耗优化模型,采用螺旋式搜索的飞蛾扑火优化算法求解浆液循环泵的最优组合和频率以及该条件下的最低能耗。分析了10个典型工况点下实际运行负荷、浆液pH值和烟气入口二氧化硫浓度对浆液循环泵能耗的影响。结果表明:负荷与入口二氧化硫浓度越高,能耗越高;浆液pH值在一定范围内越大,能耗越低,若浆液pH值超出一定范围则能耗越高;将飞蛾扑火算法与遗传算法及粒子群算法进行对比,在同等初始条件下,飞蛾扑火算法求解速度更快,计算结果更优,性能更优越。

Abstract:In order to solve the energy consumption optimization problem of the slurry circulating pump,based on the constraints of the slurry supply index,the minimum energy consumption optimization model of the slurry circulating pump is established,and the moths to flame optimization algorithm by spiral search is used to solve the optimal combination and frequency of slurry circulating pumps and the lowest energy consumption under this condition.The impact of actual operating load,slurry pH and flue gas inlet sulfur dioxide concentration on the energy consumption of slurry circulating pumps under 10 typical operating conditions is analyzed.The results shao that the higher the load and inlet sulfur dioxide concentration,the higher the energy consumption; The greater the slurry pH value within a certain range,the lower the energy consumption,while the energy consumption becomes higher if the slurry pH value exceeds this range.Comparing this algorithm with genetic algorithm and particle swarm algorithm under the same initial conditions shows thatthe moths to flame algorithm has a faster solution speed,better calculation results and better performance.
