| Abstract: | The standard for the determination of wax inhibiting rate is SY/T6300-2009,which is mainly used for the analysis of wax inhibiting rate of wax inhibitor products.The analysis time is generally about 5 hours.For the development and screening of paraffin inhibitor products,the long analysis time will affect the work efficiency regarding the product research and screening.This paper aimed to seek a fast and accurate compound determination method of wax inhibiting rate,which could be applied to the screening of wax inhibitor formula and compatible oil sample,so as to meet the needs of rapid and accurate detection in the process of wax inhibitor product,and provided a reliable basis for the research,evaluation and field application of wax inhibitor.This method had been applied in actual production. |
