摘    要:天然松香经过歧化反应实现分子间脱氢和加氢,歧化反应需要催化完成.对于松香歧化反应,催化剂活性中心以贵金属钯为最佳,催化剂载体以椰壳活性炭为最佳.椰壳活性炭的目数、孔比表面积、孔道结构、孔表面基团,直接决定了催化活性.文中描述了歧化松香钯炭催化剂椰壳活性炭筛选方法,筛选出来的椰壳活性炭制备而成的催化剂既能够满足松香歧化的...

Abstract:Natural rosin achieved intermolecular dehydrogenation and hydrogenation through disproportionation reaction,which needed catalysis to complete.Further to the disproportionated reaction of rosin,the noble metal Pd was the optimum catalytic core,and the coconut shell activated carbon was the optimum carrier of the catalyst.Mesh number,pore specific surface area,pore structure,pore surface groups of the coconut shell activated carbon,directly determined the catalytic activity.This paperdescribed the screening technique of coconut shell activated carbon of palladium-carbon catalyst used in disproportionated rosin.The catalyst prepared from the screened coconut shell activated carbon could not only meet the reaction requirements of disproportionation of rosin,but also meet the technological requirements of filtration equipment.
