摘    要:为探究LNG工厂停产检修计划的合理性,收集了某LNG工厂2015~2019年停产检修记录,运用鱼骨图和AHP法进行检修计划构建和定量分析建模。研究表明:(1)选用鱼骨图分析法归并通用性检修项目形成直观的7大类27小类的通用性检修计划模板,方便现场工作。(2)AHP分析得出了,检修工作验证应重点考量(生产反馈)C4和(工艺重要性)C5。而(时间成本)C1、(人力资源)C2、(物料成本)C3只能作为停产检修后的工作量估算反馈,以验证对比单一检修项目在历年检修过程中的进展程度,从而优化配比资源,指引次年检修工作改进。

Abstract:In order to explore the rationality of LNG plant shutdown maintenance plan,this paper collected the shutdown maintenance record from 2015 to 2019 of a LNG company,and constructed the maintenance plan and conducted quantitative analysis and modeling by fish bone diagram and AHP method.The results showed that:(1)the fishbone diagram analysis method was adopted to merge the universal maintenance project to form an intuitive universal maintenance plan template of 7 categories and 27 sub-categories,which was convenient for onsite work.(2)the AHP analysis concluded that the maintenance verification should focus on C4(production feedback)and C5(process importance).However,C1(time cost),C2(human resources)and C3(material cost)could only be used as the feedback of workload estimation after shutdown maintenance,so as to verify and compare the progress of single maintenance project in the maintenance process over the years,optimize the allocation of resources and guide the improvement of maintenance work in the next year.
