摘    要:利用称重评价方法测定了前处理过程中聚酯织物上不同非离子表面活性剂和一种商品除油剂的除油性能.研究工艺温度和冷却温度对除油性能的影响.结果表明,工艺温度的升高有效提高了除油性能;当冷却温度接近相转化温度(PIT)时,非离子表面活性剂显示出最佳的除油性能.为了进一步了解除油性能的机理,建立了乳液稳定性和增溶性能的定量测试方...

Abstract:The oil-removal performance of different nonionic surfactants and one commercial oil-removal agent were measured during pretreatment process of polyester fiber by weight method.The effect of process temperature and cooling temperature on oil-removal performance was investigated.The results showed that the increase of process temperature effectively promoted the oil-removal performance.When the cooling temperature was close to the phase inversion temperature(PIT),the nonionic surfactant showed the best oil-removal performance.In order to further understand the mechanism of oil removal performance,a quantitative test method for emulsion stability and solubilization performance was established,and the interfacial tension(IFT)of oil-water was also measured.The oil-removal performance could be affected by the length and branched degree of hydrophobic chains in nonionic surfactants.Both emulsification and solubilization mechanisms played key roles in oil-removal process of polyester fabrics.
