摘    要:催化裂化装置在停工过程中会产生较多的污油、污水、废气、粉尘、噪音等污染源,同时随着环保压力的增加,停工吹扫难度也在逐渐增加。某公司80×104 t/a重油催化装置通过对环保停工进行可行性分析,提出和完善环保停工措施,包括优化和完善装置流程,停工不放火炬,合理规划污水排放等,最终首次实现了催化装置环保停工。

Abstract:WhenFCC unit shutdown,it would be generatemore pollution sources such as dirty oil,sewage,waste gas,dust and noise.Due to the environmental protection pressure,the difficulty of shutdown purging was also gradually increasing.A company made a feasibility analysis on environmental protection shutdown of 80×104t/a heavy oil catalytic unit,put forward and improved the environmental protection shutdown measures,which includedthe optimization and improvement of the unit process,such as shutdown without torch and reasonable planning of sewage discharge,and eventually realized FCC unit environmental protection shutdown for the first time.
