摘    要:胆固醇摄入量过多是引发心血管疾病的重要诱因,降低胆固醇是近年来的研究热点。乳酸菌具有多种益生功能,尤其是降胆固醇功能受到人们的密切关注,利用乳酸菌降胆固醇可以避免药物治疗带来的副作用,并且可以用于缓解由药物治疗引发的肠道菌群失调。肠道菌群在婴儿时期的定植由多种因素影响,且每位婴儿的肠道都会经历从无菌到复杂微生物定植的过程,微生物在特定的时间和空间按照特定数量和规律分布,在宿主生长发育和健康方面发挥重要作用。植物乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)作为婴幼儿肠道中重要的乳酸菌,对其安全性能进行评价分析很有必要。同时,对具有胆固醇降低功能的乳酸菌的研究开发具有非常重要理论及实际应用意义。本研究以分离自婴幼儿粪便的20株乳酸菌为研究对象,分析其胆固醇脱除能力,筛选出一株降胆固醇能力最强的菌株,经鉴定为植物乳杆菌,然后对此菌株的安全性能进行评价,初步判定L.plantarum BS 09为一株安全的益生菌,具有进一步应用的潜力。

Abstract:Excessive cholesterol intake is an important cause of cardiovascular disease,and lowering cholesterol is a hot topic in recent years.Lactic acid bacteria are widely used because of their various probiotic functions,and their cholesterol-lowering function has also attracted close attention.Using Lactic acid bacteria to reduce cholesterol can avoid the side effects of drug therapy.And the lactic acid bacteria can be used to alleviate the intestinal flora disorders caused by drug therapy.The colonization of intestinal flora in infancy is influenced by many factors,and each infant's intestine experiences the process from aseptic to complex microbial colonization.Microorganisms are distributed in a specific number and regularity at a specific time and space,which play an important role in host growth,development and health.Lactobacillus plantarum is an important Lactic acid bacteria in the intestinal tract of infants.The evaluation and analysis of its safety performance is of great theoretical significance to the research and development of lactic acid bacteria with cholesterol lowering function.In this study,20 strains of lactic acid bacteria isolated from infant feces were used to analyze their cholesterol removal ability,and a strain with the strongest cholesterol lowering ability was selected and identified as L.plantarum.Then the safety performance of the strain was evaluated,which is deemed to the safe probiotic preliminary.
