| Abstract: | With the release of regulations on the administration of cosmetic registration and record filing materials,new requirements for cosmetic registration and record filing materials were mentioned.The impact of the change of material requirements on cosmetic industry was discussed by interpreting detailed articles of the regulations,by deeply understanding the core of the regulations and by summarizing the common problems through combining with the actual situation of cosmetic industry. |
