Abstract:Filling machine with high levels clean air supply is very important for aseptic filling.In order to keep different wind speed in different areas,and guarantee the unidirectional airflow organization in the filling operation zone,the top air supply device was designed very carefully.In this study,the detailed dimensions of the throat and the guide plates inside top air supply device were strictly designed and verified by CFD numerical simulation technology,to guide the airflow with a good distribution.Firstly,the throat size was quantitatively calculated and determined,combination of 9-11-5 mm of throat.The flow dividing effect of various throat sizes was simulated to make the flow distribution in the three areas meet the preset requirements.Then the guide plates were optimized to guide the airflow and a short baffle was designed,so that the air would flow in the predetermined route to the Perforated plate surface without vortex and reverse airflow.In this study,the airflow was well divided and guided by the top air supply device.The streamline in the filling area was regular and the flowrate is uniform.This study combined the design and CFD simulation to provide an optimal design method and a reliable top air supply device for the clean air supply in the filling area.
