高职院校基于专业群的双创人才培养思考与实践

专业群建设是高职院校“双高计划”和提质培优行动计划的重要组成部分，创新创业教育是高职院校人才培养质量提升的重要途径，在专业群建设的背景下，如何整合资源，提高双创人才培养实效，是需要持续思考和实践的问题。从理念思路、专创融合、条件保障、产学研赛等方面对双创工作进行梳理和研究，形成了基于专业群的双创人才培养思路，对提升高职院校双创人才培养成效具有一定的借鉴意义。

Thoughts and Practice on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents Based on Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges

The construction of specialty group is an important part of the "double high plan" and the action plan for improving quality and excellence in higher vocational colleges. Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges. Under the background of the construction of specialty group, how to integrate resources and improve the effectiveness of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training needs continuous thinking and practice. This paper combs and studies the mass entrepreneurship and innovation work from the aspects of concept, integration of specialty and innovation, condition guarantee and industry university research competition, and forms the mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training idea based on professional groups, which has a certain reference significance for improving the effectiveness of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training in higher vocational colleges.
