摘    要:利用氢氧化钠对产自山东胶东丘陵地区的普通型丛生花生壳进行预处理,通过同步糖化发酵制备生物乙醇.通过四因素三水平正交实验获得氢氧化钠预处理的最佳条件:料液比(花生壳与水的质量体积比)为1:30,反应温度90℃,反应时间30 min,氢氧化钠用量2%,其含糖量为252.2 g;同步糖化发酵最佳工艺为:pH值5.2,反应温度...

Abstract:Sodium hydroxide was used to pretreat common peanut shells from the hilly area of Jiaodong,Shandong Province,and bioethanol was prepared by simultaneous saccharification and fermentation.The optimal conditions of sodium hydroxide pretreatment were obtained by orthogonal experiment of"four factors and three levels":the solid-liquid ratio(mass/volume ratio of peanut shell to water)was 1:30,the reaction temperature was 90℃,the reaction time was 30 min,the amount of sodium hydroxide was 2%,and the sugar content was 252.2 g.The optimum conditions of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation were as follows:pH value 5.2,reaction temperature 40℃,yeast inoculation amount 8%,cellulase dosage 36 u/g,and ethanol yield 19.15%.
