| 摘 要： | 设备是企业实现生产的重要物质载体,设备的稳定、安全、平稳地运行是企业的生命线。卷烟设备管理是烟草企业生产中的关键环节。实行全员管理制度,建立了卷烟设备管理信息平台,创建了从购买、使用、维护、维修、报废等全生命周期的数据库。实现了设备管理信息的数字化、科学化,使设备管理实现科学决策,实现企业效益的最大化。
